MEET AVA!

LEAD VIDEOGRAPHER/PHOTOGRAPHER

Ava is the owner of AvaTales Videography. This passion for videography started by creating family videos with her cousins on an iPod touch. As time went on, the passion only grew (and don’t worry she upgraded her equipment too). In late 2019, she asked her aunt and uncle to make them a wedding video as a gift. They ended up loving the video and sharing it with their friends and extended family. Little did she know, that would be the start of her business. She booked her first clients in early 2020 after one of their viewers reached out. Based on positive referrals and a growing social media presence, AvaTales Videography was born!

Outside of her business, she is a most likely training for her next running race (yes, she has ran races before weddings multiple times too). She also has a full time job as a website administrator.

MEET Giana!

ASSISTANT

Giana has been assisting Ava with AvaTales Videography since 2022. She can be seen monitoring the tripod, capturing behind the scenes content, or helping Ava with miscellaneous tasks of the event. One of her favorite things to help with is audio set up.

She is currently a graduate student working towards her masters degree in Athletic Training. So, basically, Giana follows Ava around waiting to see what she needs next because she has no knowledge of how to use a camera, but Ava is slowly teaching her. Outside of classes, she is probably making bagels, hitting a PR in the gym, or growing her connection with God.
